Is it really free?
Yes. It is free forever for up to 10 employees. No credit card is needed. All features are included.
Do I need to buy a machine?
No. Face check-in works on any Android phone or tablet with a front camera. You can use one you already have. Staff who work outside use their own Android phones. If you already have a fingerprint machine, you can keep using it.
Which fingerprint machines work with it?
eSSL, Realtime, Matrix and ZKTeco machines can send attendance directly. For other machines, you can upload an Excel or CSV file.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app saves the attendance and sends it when the internet comes back. Nothing is lost.
Can staff mark attendance for each other?
No. Face check-in checks that a real person is standing there. A photo will not work. GPS check-in only works at the work site.
Can it replace our Excel attendance sheet?
Yes. Upload your staff list as a CSV file, or add people one by one. Then take each person's face photo from your phone. It takes about 30 seconds per person. After that, attendance is recorded by itself. You can still download it as an Excel file any time.
Is it good for a company with 50 employees?
Yes. The plan for up to 50 employees is ₹2,999 per month plus GST, with all features included. You can use face check-in at the office and GPS check-in for staff outside, together.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The staff app is on Android today. The iPhone app is coming soon.
