What staff can do in the app

The app shows only the parts your company uses. Turn a part off and it disappears from the app.

Salary slip on the phone
Tap a month to see net salary and every line. Download the PDF or share it. It also shows the PF and ESI the company pays on top.
Apply for leave
Pick the leave type and dates, type a reason and send. The balance for each leave type is on the same screen.
Check in and see attendance
Check in with a face photo. See past days in Attendance History. Forgot to check out? Send a correction request.
Send expense bills
Take a photo of the bill, type the amount and send. Staff see when it is approved. Approved bills are paid with the salary.
Ask for an advance or loan
Pick a salary advance or a loan over some months. Nothing is cut from salary until you approve it.
Notices, holidays and shifts
Read company notices, see the holiday list, check the shifts for the coming days, and see birthdays.

How to give your staff the app

About 10 minutes for a small team.

Add your staff
One by one, or many at once from an Excel or CSV file. Each person gets an Employee ID like EMP0001.

Turn on staff login
In Settings → Attendance, switch on Employee Self Login. Set a password for each person.

Staff install the app
BizlumoAI from Google Play. It needs Android 7.0 or newer. An iPhone app is coming soon.

They log in once
With your company code, their Employee ID and password. The app remembers the company code.

What changes for you

Approve from your phone
The same app has an admin side. Approve leave, corrections and bills, and post notices, from anywhere.
Staff see what you see
Attendance, leave balance and every line of the salary slip are open to the person. Fewer arguments at month end.
Staff without a smartphone
They check in by face on one shared phone at the door. An admin enters their leave and bills for them.

Common questions

What is an employee self service app?
An app where staff do their own HR work: see their salary slip, apply for leave, check their attendance and send bills. They stop asking the owner or HR for each small thing.
Can staff download their salary slip in the app?
Yes. In My Payslips they tap a month to see every line, then View / Download PDF or Share payslip PDF. A payslip shows in the app once you mark it as sent. Need a blank format instead? See the free salary slip format.
Can staff see other people's salary?
No. Each person sees only their own payslips, leave and attendance.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The app is for Android 7.0 or newer. An iPhone app is coming soon.
Does the app work with weak internet?
Yes for check-in. With no signal, the app saves the punch and sends it when the phone is back online.
