Attendance from every site
Add each site on a map. Workers check in by face on a phone at the site. Every day lands in payroll by itself.
Overtime at double rate
Hours after the shift are paid at twice the normal hourly pay. Managers can be left out.
Advances and loans
Give an advance or a loan over some months. The instalment comes off each payslip until it is cleared.
PF, ESI and PT
Worked out on every payslip, with the employer's share shown apart. The Compliance page gives files ready to upload.
Cash register and bank file
A printed list for workers paid in cash, with a column to sign. A bank file to pay everyone else at once.

How a month of site payroll runs

Most of it happens without you.

Every day
Workers check in and out on the site phone. Half days and overtime are counted from the hours.

Every Saturday
If you pay weekly, open the Weekly Wage Sheet. It shows each worker's days, amount and advance to recover.

Month end
Click Generate All. Payslips for the whole company are made in one go, with PF, ESI and advances taken off.

Pay and file
Pay by cash register or bank file. Download the PF and ESI files. Staff see their payslip in the app.

Common questions

Can I pay site workers every week?
Yes. The Weekly Wage Sheet report shows what each daily-wage worker earned between two dates, with any advance to recover and a column to sign. The monthly payslip stays the record for PF, ESI and tax.
Do daily wage workers get PF and ESI?
Yes, when they qualify. PF is 12% of basic pay and ESI applies to anyone earning up to ₹21,000 a month. Both are worked out on each payslip.
We run many sites at once. Can I compare them?
Yes. Add every site on the map. Each check-in is matched to its site, and the Site Attendance report compares sites. Add a site when a project starts and remove it when it ends.
Can I keep contract labour apart?
Yes. Put them in the Contract labour staff group, or in a department of their own. They start without earned leave, and reports can show them on their own.
Workers have no smartphone or bank account. Is that a problem?
No. They check in by face on one phone kept at the site. Pay them in cash and keep the signed cash register as proof.
