What's included with the 10-employee free plan?
The same full-featured HRMS every paid plan gets — face-recognition
attendance, payroll (PT, ESIC, PF, TDS), leave management, multi-company,
reports, the works. Plans only differ by employee cap, never by feature.
What happens when I go over 10 employees?
You'll need to upgrade to the next plan to add employee #11 — your
existing data and setup carry over automatically, nothing to redo.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan and the 14-day trial on paid plans both work without
a credit card. You add a payment method only when you choose to upgrade.
Do I need to talk to sales before starting?
No — create your account and you're live immediately, no sales call
required. Talking to sales is only relevant for Enterprise (custom,
unlimited employees), which is optional.
How do I add my employees?
From the web admin — bulk CSV upload or add them one by one. Each
employee's face is then registered right from your phone, about
30 seconds per person.
Can employees use the mobile app?
Yes — a native Android app for check-in, leave requests, payslips and
expense claims, so they're not depending on HR for everyday things.
How does attendance work?
Employees walk up to a phone or tablet running the kiosk app; face recognition
marks them in under a second, with liveness detection so a photo can't
fool it. Field teams can instead use GPS check-in from the mobile app,
scoped to a worksite radius.
Does it support payroll?
Yes — full Indian statutory payroll. PT, ESIC, PF, and TDS calculated
automatically, with PDF payslips and EPFO/ESIC-upload-ready files, on
every plan including Free.
Does it support multiple companies?
Yes. Run several companies under one login and one bill — plan limits
apply across the whole org, not per company. This is on every plan,

How does employee data work?
HR manages everything from the web dashboard. Employees get their own
mobile app for checking in, applying for leave, viewing payslips and
submitting expenses — so admins aren't fielding self-service requests
all day.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime — CSV, Excel and PDF exports of attendance, leaves,
payroll and expenses, plus the employee list. No lock-in: cancel and
take your data with you.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, anytime — upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing,
and all your existing data and setup carry over automatically.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. Sign up → verify email → add a company → upload employee
list (CSV) or add manually → install the kiosk app on a phone or tablet at your
entrance → done. The face enrollment takes ~30 seconds per employee, done
once.
What hardware do I need for the kiosk?
Any Android phone or tablet with a working front camera — one you
already have works fine, so there's nothing new to buy. Keep it on a
stand at the entrance. One device per entry/exit point.
Does the kiosk work without internet?
Yes. The kiosk app stores attendance locally and syncs to the cloud when
network is available. You won't lose data during outages — the app handles
intermittent connectivity gracefully.
Can employees punch in for each other?
No. The face-recognition system uses a liveness check that requires actual
presence — you can't fool it with a photo on a phone screen or a printed
image. Each employee's face is registered once, from your phone, in
about 30 seconds.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major methods via Razorpay: credit/debit cards, UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm),
net banking, and digital wallets. For Enterprise customers, we also offer
bank transfer with annual invoicing. GST invoices issued automatically
(HSN 998314, 18% GST).
I run multiple companies. How does billing work?
One subscription covers all your companies. Plan limits (e.g. "up to 250
employees") apply across the org, summed across all your companies. So if
you have a 100-person and an 80-person company, that's 180 employees against
your cap. You pay once, not twice. This is unusual — most HRMS platforms
(Keka, Pocket, Zoho) charge you per company.
Can I import data from my existing HR tool?
Yes — you can upload CSV files for employees (with salary), attendance
history and holidays. Export them from Keka, Zoho People, greytHR or

What happens if my trial expires?
Your account is paused until you pick a plan. You can still log in and open
the billing page, and we don't delete anything. Add a payment method and full
access comes back automatically — usually within seconds of payment
confirmation. The Free plan for up to 10 employees never expires.
Is my employees' face data safe?
Face data is used for attendance recognition and treated as sensitive personal
information. We store attendance photos, profile pictures, and any ID documents
you upload — access-controlled, on our servers in India, visible only to your
admins, and never sold.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve from inside your dashboard. You retain access until the end
of your current billing period (no immediate cutoff). After that, your data
is preserved for 90 days in case you want to come back, then deleted per our
retention policy.
