All listed prices are exclusive of GST — 18% GST is added at checkout, and the total (base + GST) is what's actually charged. Each invoice shows the base value and GST split separately (CGST+SGST for intra-state, IGST for inter-state), per HSN/SAC code 998314.

No. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card and no payment details. (The Free plan never needs a card.) You add a payment method only when you choose to subscribe after the trial.

Razorpay automatically retries the charge up to 3 times over ~7 days. You'll get email notifications at each step. If all retries fail, your subscription is paused and most actions return a "Payment Required" response (logins and the billing page stay open so you can update your payment method). Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted.

Yes, from the Billing page in your dashboard. Two options:

• Cancel at end of period — keep access until your current billing cycle ends; no refund.
• Cancel now with a pro-rata refund — available within 30 days of your latest paid invoice; pro-rata refund on the unused portion.

Every charge generates a GST-compliant invoice automatically, available from your dashboard's Billing page. Invoices include your billing address, GSTIN (if provided), and the GST split. Indian businesses with valid GSTIN can claim input tax credit on these.
