Step 1 of 5

Add your first employee

Go to Employees and click Add Employee. Type the name, email and a password for the BizlumoAI app. Pick the department and position. The staff group Staff is picked for you. Dishwashers and cleaners can be on a daily wage. Add the rest of your team the same way, or upload them all from an Excel or CSV file.

Step 2 of 5

Set up your shifts

Go to Shift and Rotation and click Create Shift. Give it a name, a start and end time, the break, and how many hours make a full day. Many restaurants run one long shift, for example 11 am to 11 pm with a two-hour break. Add one shift for each timing you run.
